Responsible for undertaking specific duties related to effective provision of technical product related assistance and customer service to existing customers. They work closely with the wider sales team to achieve business/department strategic objectives.

Marketing/NPD

Marketing/NPD

Marketing is responsible for specific duties related to the effective marketing of new and existing products.

New Product Development (NPD) is responsible for the development and execution of the NPD process throughout the business. They ensure all product initiatives are driven by market need and based on customer insight and evidence, and decisions are aligned with the overall business strategy.

Produces high quality product modifications and product displays. Coordinate resources and liaise with internal and external customers to ensure work is delivered on time and to specifications.

Windsor is a great place to develop professionally and personally. After I initially started working in dispatch, it was quickly realised my skills were better suited in a different department and I soon transferred into New Product Development and Marketing. I enjoyed this role so much that Windsor supported me to complete an online Graphic Design course to further progress my skills. I am now working remotely from Europe, which is an opportunity I could have only dreamed of, as it allowed me to return home whilst still being employed by Windsor. We are growing! A new and exciting permanent full time opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and self-driven Product Design & Development Engineer to join our dedicated, fun and supportive team.

You will be an integral part of our sales, marketing and product (SMP) team and you will be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of the NPD strategic objectives. Working closely with the Product, Design and Development Manager, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Designing, creating & improving new and existing hardware products through AutoCAD/Solidworks Design & Modelling
  • Helping to understand the needs of customers', identify product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Assisting with the development of existing and new products (including packaging) from design to manufacture with the end user in mind
  • Scoping and prioritising development activities based on the NPD strategic objectives
  • Assisting with continuous improvement of NPD systems, channels and tools by keeping ahead of product trends
  • Developing and improving processes to track projects for better efficiency
  • Ensuring the compliance and quality of all products with relevant regulations
  • Assisting with the introduction/education of new products to our internal teams


To be successful you will possess:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management/Design/Product Development Marketing/Business/Administration or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in new product introduction, reworking design changes and upgrades through to production
  • A strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Proven experience using AutoCAD/Solidworks software
  • High standards of professionalism and communication with expertise in NPD and project management

Are you a dedicated multi tasker and engaging customer service advisor with excellent communication skills? Do you have a methodical, organised and flexible approach to work?

We are growing! Two exciting permanent full time opportunities have arisen for enthusiastic, highly motivated and self-driven Customer Service Advisors to join our dedicated, fun and supportive team. You will work 40 hours per week as part of a roster covering the hours of 7.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

A large focus of your day will be answering calls from our customers, understanding their needs, and offering effective solutions. Order processing and being proactive to maximise sales and striving to exceed expectations will be the norm. You will communicate continuously throughout the day with your team members to ensure the accurate and timely processing of customers’ orders. Working closely with our dispatch team to keep raising the bar on our service and delivery standards, your can-do attitude and unfaltering loyalty will enhance our positive team culture.

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, drawing on your previous experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and speed with data entry.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and ideally have previous experience using accounting software.

We have an exciting full time opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and self-driven Dispatch operator to join our fun and supportive team.

About the role

You will be responsible for picking and packing orders ready for dispatch to our customers, as well as assisting the team with other warehouse tasks. Experience is not necessary for this role, full training can be provided for the right person. Your can-do attitude and unfaltering loyalty will enhance the positive culture that exists within the team.
